Continue to stir every couple of minutes while you prepare your shrimp.
2. For the shrimp, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and then the shrimp in a single layer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Then remove the cover, stir the shrimp, cover and cook for another minute or until shrimp is almost cooked. Add the barbecue sauce to the shrimp and heat through, about another minute.
3. Stir the grits again before serving, ensuring that all of the cheese is mixed through. Then serve with the shrimp and green onions.

2. To a large (gallon) freezer ziploc bag, add the cooled turkey, mushrooms, garlic, onion, carrot, marinara, and tomatoes. Add a couple pinches salt and pepper. Remove as much air as you can from the bag and seal. Freeze laying flat.
3. When ready to cook, tranfer the ingredients from the freezer bag to the slow cooker. Add the wine. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
4. Taste the bolognese for seasoning. If the sauce is too watery, just ladle some of the liquid off. This will not be a thick sauce anyway.
