Once, the spices leave their aroma and are cooked completely, add the fried potatoes and coarsely blended spinach in the pan. Cook for about a minute or two and sprinkle corn flour in it.
4. Mix the corn flour well with the vegetables and add lemon juice in it and cook for another two minutes. Now, prepare the tempering for the prepared aloo palak. Take a small pan and melt butter in it, and add the asafoetida powder in it, Fry for a few seconds and pour over the prepared aloo palak.
