2. Cube sweet potato, add to the skillet so they can start getting warm. Salt the whole lot, you may need more or less salt depending on how salty your bacon is.
3. When the edges of the sweet potato are just starting to get crispy add the bacon and move toss gently to combine.
4. Once the sweet potatoes have crisped a bit and the bacon is warmed through add your frozen kale shards (see kale tip below;), Warm through. Eat it upppp!
