Question by Gabesky: How does my new cocktail of meds sound? Side effects i should be worried about?
I am now prescribed 100mg Zoloft, 100mg Seroquel XR, 200mg Trazodone, and .5mg Xanax XR. I take the zoloft and Xanax in the morning, another xanax around 2, and then trazedone and seroquel at night. Diagnosed Major depressive disorder and Insomnia
Ill start the Trazedone tonight, but my pharmacy wont have xanax in until sunday.

Be sure and stay up on the blood work your doctor will ask you to do because Seroquel can cause diabetes and weight gain and cause liver problems if not caught early. This isn’t a problem as long as you take it as prescribed and do the follow up blood work as ordered. The Trazadone and Xanax can cause drowsiness, but you will want that, especially at night since you have insomnia. The Zoloft can cause some people even more depressed, so if you have unusual thoughts or behaviors (such as violent behavior or thoughts of suicide contact your doctor immediately). This is not everyone, just some so don’t worry about it. You can get an information sheet from your pharmacy for each medication that goes more in detail about side effects if you wish, just ask and its free.

It can be argued as being an organ or tissue. Blood is a fluid, tissue-which is made up of cells. An ‘organ’ is defined as a group of tissues in a living organism that has a certain function. This is true of blood, so may also be referred to as an organ.
I would call it a tissue. But it would also be correct to say that it is an organ as well. Just saying!!
