Question by future doc: need Information on diet and meal planning?
i wake up ast about 1130-1230 every morning and then i go to the gym as soon as possible on an empty stomache, and all i bring with me is a bottle of water. i walk there and back which is about 5 or 6 blocks. What should i eat before/after and at night? i go to sleep at 12 AM every day as well. Please give me tips on meals and when i should focus on complex carbs, protein, fat, and etc.. i drink lots of water everyday
at the gym i do cardio and i weight train chest mondays back tuesdays shoulders wednesdays biceps thursdays triceps fridays, and i do abs every day several exercises
i am really trying to get a cut midsection which ar ethe primary reasons im doing cardio and bas everyday

First off I think you are oversleeping. It sounds like you sleep 11.5 to 12.5 hrs a night. You should get roughly 8 hrs, while under sleepin is no good you dont want to oversleep you need balance in everything. Also if you are just running at the gym then an empty stomach is fine, however if you are weight training then you need some complex carbs before your workout. And you need to give your body at least 1/2 an hr to digest or your body will take energy to digest when you could use that in your workout. Also after your workout you need an ample amount of carbs and protein, this is important to get into your body within the hour!! good luck

a 650-850 will be good for you. i would go with a corsair, seasonic, xfx.. all 3 are made by seasonic and offer awesome warranties
